Attack on Swamy’s house condemned

Janata Party has condemned the attack on Party central office and the residence of President Dr Subramanian Swamy and blamed the anti-national elements pampered by ruling party for the same.

Party’s national general secretary Prof Arvind Chaturvedi has said that this attack is anti-democratic and should be condemned by all democratic forces.

He said that Swamy has emerged as the symbol of fight against corruption .This attack appears to be the handiwork of people who are beneficiaries of 2G scam.

JP general secretary also defended Dr.Swamy’s op-ed article in Bombay daily DNA and said the time has come for Hindus to unite and fight against Islamic terror. Prof. Chaturvedi said these elements also tried to raise the bogey of communalism against Dr.Swamy at Harvard University ,where he is teaching presently. After tasting defeat there the frustration of such elements has led to violent tactics.
