SC upholds Edu Rights for Poor?

published on April 15, 2012

From all “reports” in the Press one would assume that the UPA Clowns have passed some devious Right of Children to Free & Compulsory Education Act, shortened to Right to Education Act, and shortened further to RTE, and a Bench of the SC has okayed “reserving” 25% of seats in “government” and “private unaided” schools for the “economically weaker sections of the country”.

“Unaided Minority Institutions” exempted, though they number more than the other two classes put together, and are the ones collecting “Capitation” and other fees, apart from being built on land supplied by the Government or encroached by fraudulent methods on Hindu Temple properties, and being built with “Grants” and enjoying other subsidies from the State.
