Dr Subramanian Swamy while debating with justice Markanday Katju on Sanjay Dutt Issue on headlines today, asked him why he did not pleaded for Sadhvi Pragya, who is not even charge sheeted by CBI or any other agency like NIA, and still been held in prison for almost 4 years and been tortured not only physically, but mentally as well. She has recently been known to have developed a cancer and needed medical attention and immediate hospitalization.
