Zamindari privileges ordered by Civil Aviation ministry for criminal mirasdars in Parliament

The Zamindari System was abolished by the Estate’s Abolition Act after Independence. We have now created a new brand of Political Zamindars in the place of Erstwhile Feudal Zamindars. In the earlier system, only the Landless workers dependent on Agriculture were in the Bonded Labour of the Zamindars. In the New Political System created by Our New Constitution after our Independence, we have created a Class of New Zamindars. In this system, all the people of India have been brought under the Cruel Yoke of Bonded Labour of these New Zamindars!

Yesterday, I was watching English News TV Channels. I am quite amused to see that the DGCA has issued Guidelines to all Airports and Private Airlines to extend Special Privileges to Members of Parliament. DGCA has reportedly asked Private Airlines to offer special privileges to MPs including Advance Notice of Flight Delays, Escorts, Priority Check-in, Security, Immigration Clearances, Lounge Access and Complimentary Refreshments. All Airports and Airlines in the Country have been asked to put in place the Protocols.

Currently, only Air India is following these Guidelines.

The Recent Directive came after the MPs complained that they should be treated like VIPs at all Airports and by All Airlines – Government or Private. The DGCA held a meeting to discuss the Issue and sent a Letter to all on the Protocol to be followed. All Airlines are also expected to give a List of Nodal/Protocol Officers for the same.
Recently, the Supreme Court of India in a Landmark Judgement came down heavily upon VIP Culture or LAL BATHI Culture.  Any Civilized Government wedded to the Cause of Maximum Welfare of the Maximum Number, would have understood not only the LETTER BUT ALSO THE LARGER SPIRIT OF THE SUPREME COURT DIKTAT ON LAL BATHI CULTURE. UPA Government is only a Whole-time Private Servant of the Firangi Memsahib Sonia Gandhi and her Family living in India and her Extended Family in ITALY and elsewhere outside India!

Perhaps the Union Civil Aviation Ministry has issued the recent Directive to all Private Airline Companies to give Special Facilities and Privileges to our Most Honourable MPs taking Note of the Following Factors:

1.   Most of our MPs are from the Rural Areas. Many of them are very Simple and Gullible. Shri Rajeev Shukla, a Congress Member of Parliament, has defended the Civil Aviation Ministry in a Rahul-like Bumptious Manner in these Classic Words : “Lot of MPs come from Rural Areas. What’s wrong if they are being helped out. Lot of them don’t understand Civil Aviation Rules.” These Poor Rural Souls thoroughly understand Only the 2G Spectrum Scam Rules, Commonwealth Games Scam Rules, Coalgate Scam Rules, Adarsh Housing Scam Rules etc.

2.   Most of our MPs are only having a Subsistence Level Existence, languishing below the Poverty Line! If God cannot protect them, then their only hope is Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri. Ajeeth Singh ji!  Soon after the Results of the 2009 Lok Sabha Election Results were declared, an NGO called National Election Watch (NEW) came out with this Analysis: “The Number of Crorepatis (one Crore is 10 million) in the 15th Lok Sabha has also nearly Doubled as compared to 2004. There are 300 ‘Crorepati’ MPs in the New Lok Sabha. This is a huge increase from what the number was in 2004 when the Number of Crorepati MPs stood at 154”.

Extreme Poverty and Extreme Criminality march together hand in hand amongst our Distinguished MPs!

According to National Election Watch (NEW), in the 15th Lok Sabha of 2009,  there were 150 newly elected MPs who have Criminal Cases pending against them as compared   to 128 MPs in the 14thLok Sabha of 2004!

The Former Air India executive director Jitender Bhargava reacted to the entire incident saying that the private airlines must gather enough guts to protest against DGCA guidelines. He has also noted that the DGCA does not have the Power to issue such Guidelines to give Special Privileges and Facilities to our Irresponsible and Despicable Members of Parliament!

I would like to invite the Kind Attention of Union Civil Aviation Ministry and the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to the following Thundering and Roaring Lines of Walt Whitman (1819-1892), often hailed as the ‘POET OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY’ :

“While the members who composed it [any Democratic Party National Convention prior to the Civil War] were, seven-eighths of them, the meanest kind of bawling and blowing officeholders, office-seekers, pimps, malignants,  conspirators, murderers, fancy-men’, custom-house clerks,  contractors, kept-editors, spaniels well-trained to carry and fetch, jobbers, infidels, disunionists, terrorists, mail catchers, pushers of slavery, creatures of the President , creatures of would-be Presidents, spies, bribers, compromisers, lobbyers, sponges, ruined sports, expelled gamblers, policy-backers, monte-dealers, duellists, carriers of  concealed weapons, deaf men, pimpled men, scarred with vile disease, gaudy outside with gold chains made from the people’s money and harlots’ money twisted together; crawling, serpentine men, the lousy combinings and born freedom-sellers of the earth”.

CONCLUSION: If Only Walt Whitman were to come to Life in New Delhi, I have no Doubt that He would commit Instantaneous SUICIDE if only He gets an Opportunity to Meet some of our Most Criminal MPs in Parliament!
