Defamation suit filed against Rahul Gandhi by RSS worker from Bhiwandi

On 18.03.2014 Mr.Rajesh Kunte, Karyavah of RSS Bhiwandi Taluka has filed before the 3rd Joint Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate First Class Bhiwandi Mr.S.V.SWAMI a criminal complaint under section 499 & 500 of IPC read with section 199 (1) of Cr.P.C. against Mr.Rahul Gandhi for the deliberate imputation leveled by him while addressing the rally in village Sonale, Taluka Bhiwandi on 06.03.2014 against RSS and its people viz. 

“RSS ke logone Gandhijiko goli mari, aur unke log Gandhijiki bat karte hai. Sardar Patel, Sardar Patel congress partike neta the unhone RSSke bareme safsutara likha hai. Unke sanghatanke bareme bahut safsutara likha hai”.  Presently the said complaint is numbered as Other Miscellaneous Application No.353 of 2014. The Honble court ordered to keep for verification on 27th March 2014. On that day the Complainant will file his affidavit and if court permits the argument on the point of issuance of process may take place.
