This rumourmongering is believed to the handiwork of the “Salim” Yadav faction of AAP which is dead-against the Kejriwal faction of AAP from gaining prominence.
The “Salim” Yadav faction believes that their bearded leader (formerly known as Yogendra) has a better chance of becoming the next PM of India, since he supposedly has a better chance of winning from Gurgaon than Kejriwal has of winning from Varanasi.

ALLAHABAD: Chaos and confusion prevailed in the press meet of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national spokesman Sanjay Singh when two women volunteers – Shraddha and Naaz Fatima Khan — created a scene, alleging the party fielded unknown faces despite the fact that there has was a considerable strength of good workers and volunteers.
Talking to TOI, Khan alleged, “The party has not given any representation to the minority community and the national convener and former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal is an agent of RSS”.
