The Union Ministry has sought a detailed report on the gruesome murder of Manoj, the RSS activist by CPM goons. The report has been sought by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who had expressed concern over the matter. He has also directed Chief Minister Oommen Chandy to bring to an end, the politics of bloodshed and violence, which is prevalent in Kerala.

In a telephonic conversation with Oommen Chandy, Rajnath Singh sought details about the murder that was executed by CPM goons. The Chief Minister, in return, informed the Union Home Minister that a high level inquiry team has been constituted to look into the matter.

Later, Rajnath Singh, via Twitter, the social medium platform, informed that all murderous related to vengeance will not be justified under any cause and that all measures will be adopted to bring to an end, such incidents.

A special investigation team headed by Crime Detachment DySP TP Premarajan has been constituted, to investigate the matter. However, the RSS has informed the Central leadership that they lacked trust in the team, with the team head stated to be having CPM allegiance.

Ilanthottil Manoj, a Jilla Sharirik Sikshak Pramukh in Kannur was murdered by CPM goons. Another activist was grievously injured too. The Red Brigade created an atmosphere of terror by blasting a country bomb first.

Reports state that in the attack that took place in the morning near Diamond Junction, CPM goons made use of swords for their nefarious activities. Both RSS workers were immediately rushed to Indira Gandhi Cooperative Hospital. Manoj however succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital.

According to sources, the attack is a premeditated one, planned in connection with the arrival of RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohanji Bhagwat and BJP President Amit Shah. CPM workers, who still have not revovered from the humiliating defeat they suffered in the Lok Sabha election of 2014, are yet to come to terms with the large scale exodus taking place from their territory to BJP. The unleashing of terror, state sources, is their agenda of hindering the migration.

Following massive condemnation after the brutal murder of former CPM leader T P Chandrasekharan , Marxist squads of the area were keeping a low profile. Sources have stated that they are now back in action, following the exhortation from CPM kingpin Prakash Karat, to follow Kannur model violence against RSS. The directive was issued last week at a CPM function.

Last week a BMS activist succumbed to the injuries inflicted upon him by CPM goons. Suresh, a taxi driver was treacherously invited by the perpetrators for a drive, during the course of which he was stabbed. He slipped into a coma, from which he never recovered.
