Kummanam’s Defamation Suit to Oommen Chandy & Pinarai Vijayan
Thiruvananthapuram: BJP state president Kummanam Rajasekharan has issued a legal defamatory notice against CPI-M leader Pinarai Vijayan and Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The notice has been sent in response to the baseless allegations raised by the duo against the newly elected BJP state president.
Both Oommen Chandy and Pinarayi Vijayan have made attempts in tarnishing the image of Kummanam, by reiterating malicious falsehood propagated by CPI(M) mouthpiece Deshabhimani. According to the Marxist daily, Kummanam is said to have issued clarion calls to demolish shops run by non-Hindus near temples.
The allegations made by the Congress- Marxist axis aimed at creating communal division in society and fostering insecurity among public. The allegations have been made with the deliberate intent of tarnishing the image of Kumnanam, who is equally revered by all.
In the notice served, Kummanam has sought nothing less than an unconditional apology from the scaremongers.
