Budget anti-labour:BMS
Kochi, Mar1: The BMS All India Vice President Adv. C K Sajinarayanan has said that the Union Budget presented by the finance minister Mr P Chidambaram was anti-labour.
The Budget did not consider the demands put forward by the trade unions in the country and the directions of the sixth pay commission, he said.
He added that the workers could not recognise any laws that would be framed by the government based on the Narasimha committee report, which contains a number of anti-labour recommendations.
