Deport Bangladeshis: HC to States
New Delhi
Observing that politics of vote bank should not affect national interests, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notices to five States besides the BSF to spell out the steps being taken to check infiltration by illegal Bangaldeshi migrants into the country. Notices were issued to West Bengal, Tripura, Assam, Mizoram and Meghalaya asking them to file their replies within two weeks as to what steps had been initiated by them in identifying and deporting the infiltrators.
