Swamy mourns death

CHENNAI: Janata party President Dr Subramanian Swamycondoled the death of BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.
“Mahajan’s untimely death is a matter of sorrow for me. During the late seventies when I was Janata Yuva Morcha president, Pramod was my general secretary. He and I had toured Maharashtra extensively and came to be good personal friends. After 1980, when the BJP was formed Mahajan and I continued our warm friendship despite being in different parties,” Swamy said in his condolence message.
