PM condemns attack on RSS HQ
New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh condemned the terrorist attack at the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Nagpur on Thursday.
He also appealed for calm and communal peace.
“The entire nation is united against terrorism. All communities should live in amity and peace,” the Prime Minister said.
The Maharashtra Police foiled a terror bid on the headquarters of RSS in Nagpur and shot dead three armed terrorists early on Thursday morning.
The terrorists, who came in a white Ambassador car, were killed in a shootout while trying to break through the security cordon at the RSS headquarters.
