Tirumala Tirupathi Samrakshan Samiti formed
Tirupathi:Under the guidance of Pujya Pejawar Swamiji a state level committee Tirumala Tirupathi Samrakshan Samiti is formed.Tirumala Tirupathi Samrakshan Samiti Called for a State Level Agitation to protect the Holy Temple from the evil clutches of Evangelists. The Main Demands put forward are 1. Persons belonging to other religions should not propagate their religions in Hindu temple areas. 2. Persons belonging to other religions should not be allowed as trustees of Hindu temples. 3. Hindu temple funds should be used only for Hindu dharma activities. Not for other secular,developmental activities. Immediate Plans 1. On 15 Th July 2006 from 9.30 pm at Tirupathi under the guidance of Sri Pejawar Swami and other Sadhus of Margadarshak Mandal “SANKALPA DIVAS” will be celebrated. 2. On the occasion of Shravana Purnima 9th August,2006 Week long mass campaign programmed will be conducted covering all villages of AP through Cycle Rallies and Street Corner meetings. Pamphlets will be distributed, educating the people regarding the conversion activity of at Tirumala Tirupathi.
