Hijack threat in Kozhikode International Airport

KOZHIKODE: Security has been tightened up at the Karipur airport following a warning of hijacking a plane here. It has been reported that the central secret investigating agency had received a warning stating that terrorists have targeted to hijack a plane.

 The threat comes following death sentence of Afzal Guru, the main accused in the Parliament attack case. The IB has written a letter to airport director in connection with this.
