NEW DELHI : BJP top brasses today gave signals that the party would be return to aggressive Hindutva in view of the present condition of the country where majorities are in a dangerous situation and moving towards partition days.

The leaders harped on minority appeasement by the UPA as also the SP governments with Sachar Committee report and Prime Minister`s remarks concerning the minorities coming in handy for the bashing.

While the day-long deliberations centred on draft resolutions on “Muslim appeasement and internal security” and “betrayal of the aam aadmi”, party leaders said the reported threat to Congress President Sonia Gandhi by al-Qaeda should “serve as eye-opener” for the Prime Minister, whose policy is soft on terrorism.

BJP has released a CD containing horrific scenes of cows being slaughtered cruelly in different part of the country specially in Kerala and West Bangal.

The holding of the conclave in the capital of Uttar Pradesh itself is a signal that the party wants to get its act together in the forthcoming assembly elections in the key state which sends 80 MPs to the Lok Sabha.

Party leaders believe that around 100 seats in UP and a victory in Uttaranchal could help to prepare the party to take on the next general election.
