Supreme Court stays Navjot Sidhu’s conviction

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today stayed commentator-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu’s conviction in the unintentional killing of a man 18 years ago in Patiala.


The Punjab and Haryana High had handed Sidhu a suspended three-year imprisonment sentence for causing the death of a 65-year-old man in the road rage incident in 1988.
