SC accepts the PIL to dissolve Shariat courts

New Delhi : When the pseudoseculars rule the roost in India, Judiciary is safeguarding the national integrity of the nation.
Supreme Court accepted the PIL filed by advocate Vishwa Lochan Madan seeking the immediate dissolution of all Islamic and Shariat courts in India challenging the Judiciary and not to allow its function as the same was hijacked by fanatic clerics.

A Bench comprising Justice A K Mathur and Justice Dalveer Bhandari admitted this PIL seeking dissolution of such courts on the ground they were acting like a parallel judicial system.
