Challenging the Constitution, AP to provide Muslim Reservation

New Delhi: BJP today strongly condemned the decision of the AP Govt. to issue an ordinance to provide reservations to Muslims on religious basis.

This Muslim appeasement is strictly against the spirit of the constitution and concept of the secularism. It is a divisive vote bank politics with no intention for minority’s welfare.

BJP spokesperson Prakash Javedkar told, BJP would welcome steps to end deprivation and accord empowerment of all disadvantaged groups without any Religious discrimination.

Samuel Reddy’s intentions are political and will hurt the roots of the national unity.
