A Huge sum of Rs.1868.50 crore during the XI Five Year Plan (2007-2012) have been approved for the Scheme from Tax payers money

( So it’s a Charity from Majority of Hindu Tax Payers to their Muslim and Christian Brothers! Of course Hindus owe them a lot for spreading Terrorism and Converting the Naive!)

 (What about the Hindus in Jammu & Kashmir (Hindu %-29.6 per cent of the population), Punjab (Hindu%-36.9 per cent), Nagaland (Hindu %-7.7 per cent), Mizoram (Hindu %-3.6 per cent) and Meghalaya (Hindu %-13.3 per cent))

Union Territories would be provided 100 per cent Central assistance.

The scholarships will be awarded for studies in India in Government or private schools from class I to class X, including residential Government institutes, and private institutes

(What about millions of Hindus living Below Poverty Line? Oh Sorry, they have now an option to convert to Christianity or Islam and be part in this great drama of Minority Upliftment!)
