SSCP-DMK getting isolated

Chennai: As it become almost certain that UPA Government will not dare to go ahead with the destruction of Ramsethu in the name of Sethusamudram Project, DMK is almost getting isolated in the issue.

Congress has shown clear signs of retracting from the project and recent comments by Security personnel’s that Sethu project is not viable can be seen as per the silent nod of the Higher authorities. As it is embarrassing for the Government to retract straight away, by citing the security lapse the project can be withdrawn and Congress can save its face.

Karunanidhi and Baalu Company is now cornered by all their earlier supporters including PMK leader Ramdoss. Adding salt into the wound, PMK founder Dr S Ramadoss on Sunday adviced Karunanidhi and Shipping Minister Balu not be “adamant” on the issue.

Now the lone supporters left for Karunanidhi are the Communist parties. As usual the Communist support will be there for any issue which is against the integrity of Nation.
