Kannur Violence- Massive Protest Demonstrations and Rallies all over Gujarath

Responding to the call of Man. Sarkaryvah Shri Mohanji Bhagvat, Gujarat RSS also organised massive demonstrations, rallies all over Gujarat to show their protest against brutal killings of RSS swayamsevaks in Kannur, Kerala by C.P.M. cadres recently.

Ahmedabad

OJunagadh 01.jpgn 30-3-2008 Prant Sanghchalak Man. Shri Amrutbhai Kadiwala held a press conference in Ahmedabad, which was attend in large number by both, electronic media and print media persons. Shri Kadiwala talked with correspondents in detail which got wide coverage in news channels and the next day dailies.

On 31-3-2008 a ‘Dharana’ with black bands on mouth was organised near Town Hall, which was attended by thousands of workers from all likeminded organisations. Present on the dais along with Man. Prant Sanghchalak were Shri Pravinbhai Otiya (Prant Pracharak), Vibhag Sanghchalak Shri Vallabhbhai Savaliya, Smt. Madhuben Patel (Chairman of Standing committee, AMC), MPs Shri Surendra Patel and Shri Harin Pathak, Dr Kaushik Mehta of VHP, Dr Bharat Amin of Arogya Bharati, Sushri Subhadra Deodhar of Sevika Samiti, Sushri Kiran Vaghela of Asmita Manch, Ex MP Mrs. Bhavanaben Dave, Ex State Ministers Shri Bharat Barot and Shri Kaushik Patel, City BJP President Shri Jagdish Patel, Local MLAs and Corporetors. Before this demonstration large hordings displaying Kerala murders were placed at prominent places in the city.

The Dharana converted in public meeting which was addressed by Prant Seva Pramukh Shri Ashok Rawal, MP Shri Harin Pathak and Shri Amrutbhai Kadiwala who said that not only Gujarat but entire India would support the Kerala Bandhavas in their persuit.

SURAT

P3311276.jpgSurat Karyakartas also organised a huge rally on 31-3-2008 form Rangupavan which got converted to Shraddhanjali Sabha. The rally was attended by Surat Mahanagar Sanghchalak Man. Shri Thakorkrishnaji Shah along with MP Shri Kashiram Rana, Sharadrao Dhole, MLA Shri Kishorbhai and corporators, city businessmen and ladies in large number. The Sabha was addressed by Pashchim Madhya Kshetra Dharma Jagaran Pramukh Shri Sharadrao Dhole. MP Shri Kashiram Rana, Pradesh BJP Upaddhyaksha, Kishorbhai Vankawala and Shri Sureshbhai Master. All the speakers expressed their solidity with Kerala Swayamsevaks.

rally view.JPGRSS Morabi shakha also organised a rally which was converted to a public meeting attended by more than 1500 people with ladies in large number. Swami Krupalanandji, Dr Jayantbhai Bhadesia (Prant Sah Sanghchalak), MLA Shri Kantibhai Amrutiya, Shri Chandrakant Pujara of VHP, Shri Rameshbhai Aghera of Vidya Bharati and hundreds of workers of local units of BJP, VHP, ABVP and other organisations attended the rally. The public meeting was addressed by Swami Krupalanandji, Shri Jayantbhai Bhadesia and Swami Prabhucharandasji.

RAJKOT

Rajkot Dharana 01.jpgA massive ‘Dharana’ was organised at Trikonbag, Rajkot on 31-3-2008. The public meeting attended by hundreds of people was addressed by Swami Paramatmanandji of -Arsh Vidyalay, Prant Baudhik Pramikh of RSS Dr Sanjivbhai Ojha and city Mayor Shri Dhansukhbhai Bhanderi, Shri Sanjivbhai exhorted the audience with Marxist serial violance in details. Swami Parmatmanandji assured the support of entire Gujarat to family members of martyred swayamsevaks. Mayor, Shri Bhanderi questioned the slumber and silence of Human Right Commission over this brutality. The function was also attended by Pashchim Kshetra Sampark Pramukh Shri Pravinbhai Maniar, Prant Sharirik Pramukh Shri Dinesh Pathak, Shri Hasubhai Dave of BMS, Shri Jyotindra Mehta of Sahkar Bharati, Shri Kunwarjibhai Jadav of BKS, Shri Kalpakbhai Maniar, Chairman Rajkot Nagrik Bank, Shri Bhagatsingh of Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, MLAs along with many other dignitaries.

Similar programmes were also organised in Vadodara, Mahesana, Patan, Palanpur, Amareli and other major cities of Gujarat.
