Is there a conpiracy to throw out the NDA governments?
In classic ‘Dog bows to master’ pattern of events, the UPA government has issued a stern directive to NDA ruled states warning them of possibility of invoking Article 355 for breaching the Constitution. This surprisingly comes after the American ambassador at large for religious harmony Thomas Hanford issued a statement condemning the violence in Karnataka and Orrisa.
The UPA government doesn’t even have the guts to call up the American ambassador and compalin against this gross interference in the internal affairs of India. It isn’t supricing considering the fact that the government needs the face saving support of the American government to get the nuclear deal running.
The speed with which the directive was issued by the UPA government itself needs to be studied considering the fact that they didn’t do the same when north indians were attacked in Maharashtra or when the locals are terrorised in Assam? Nor did they bother when the Left ran a murderous campaign in Kannur, Kerala, against the RSS. They didn’t move a finger when villages after villages were raided by the left during the incidents in Nandigram and Singur.
The American government’s attention needs to be drawn towards the religious freedom practised in its ally country like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and other parts of the Middle East where major persecution of non-semetic religions are carried out legally.
The BJP has condemned the government directive and had dared the centre to imposs presidents rule in the NDA states warning them of a serious backlash.
