via HK Correspondent published on January 31, 2009

MUMBAI : The Dharma Raksha Manch at a press conference held in Mumbai on Wednesday 28 January 2009 urged 13 major Muslim organizations to issue Fatwa against terrorism and jihad.  They maintained that the Muslim Groups while issuing such a Fatwa must mention in that India  was not Dar-ul Harab(a land against which Islamists have to wage a war) and it has been Dar-ul Aman(land of peace), where Muslims can practice Islam without any impediment.

Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy presented at the Manch a paper on his idea of a Hindu agenda. In that he urged the unity of Hindus based on a mind set and sought the re-writing of history text books of educational institutions, zero tolerance to terrorists, no negotiations with them and to retaliate against their political objectives. He also advocated bringing in Sanskrit as Hindustan’s link language.
