NSA against Varun Gandhi to be revoked

The advisory board of the Allahabad High Court has asked the NSA charge against Varun Gandhi to be revoked.

The board made its announcement today against the charge of his speechs made in Philibit and for inciting his supporters to create violence.

The
Uttar Pradesh government charged Gandhi under the NSA on March 29.

Varun Gandhi today welcomed the decison and said the verdict exposed the UPA government and the UP government headed by Mayawati. “I
have all along expressed full faith in the judiciary and that has been
completely vindicated today. I am grateful that this conspiracy by the
State and Centre for petty political gain has been exposed,” he said in
a statement. ” Its a historic moment “

The BJP today also welcomed this verdict against the vendetta and political rivalary of the Congress and Mayawati governments. The Mayawati government has decided to go to the Supreme Court against the verdict.

The Verdict comes days before the May 13th poll, the last and fifth phose of the polling.
