Laudable Gesture – Muslim Bussiness man contribute generously for Temple renovation

Dokiparru (Krishna District, AP): He is a Muslim, so what, by his exemplary display of religious brotherhood, he earned a name for himself. Making it big as a businessman from humble beginnings of poverty, his contribution to his native village is earning him accolades. This businessman Abdul Waheed from Vizag, learned on his visit to his village along with his local friends of the pathetic state of Lord Sri Rama’s Mandir, said Sab Ka Malik Ek (Everyone’s Lord is Only One) and gave generous donations to see through the grand renovation.
Sri Kodanda Rama Mandir in Shivajipet, Dokiparru is given a grand renovation by spending Rs.3 lakhs. The highlight of this renovation is that out of the total amount Rs.50 thousands was paid by the MLA Shri.Kodali Nani and the balance Rs. 2.5 lakhs was borne by a Muslim, Shri.Abdul Waheed. Waheed. Born and brought up in Dokiparru in abject poverty, Waheed now is running Rocky Exports India Ltd., a granite exporting company in Vizag. Not only was the Sanctum Sanctorum rebuilt, the main Mantap and compound wall were built. Entire Mandir is cladded in granite. Entire flooring, Main Mantap, Sanctum Sanctorum, walls, pillars and the compound wall were all cladded with granite. His friend Shri N.Prasad is supervising the execution. Vijayadasami Day on Monday was the inauguration of the Mandir.
