SC status to Converted Christians- Emulate Bihar BJP and organise protest across sthe Nation
Patna: BJP State unit decided to mobilize Hindu Scheduled Castes against the move of UPA to grant SC status to Converted Christians and a section of Muslims.
BJP will not sit idle and oppose it tooth and nail if UPA grant SC status to Converted Christians, Told Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi .Modi announced the BJP stand while attending 54th death anniversary of B R Ambedkar at Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir here.
Bhaglpur MP and BJP leader Shanavaz Hussein told that “Nothing can be done that the Constitution does not allowâ€. It was also decided to hold rallies and demonstrations at the district headquarters to protest the likely grant of reservation facility to converted Christians and Muslims till January 26.
The speakers lauded the steps taken by the Nitish-Modi duo’s steps to bring SC-ST in the state to mainstream.
The grant of Rs 10,000 to Dalit students who had passed matriculation examination in first division and funds to improve the 155 Welfare Hostels in the state were also taken.The hostel facility would be outsourced and separate hostel superintendents would be appointed, told Modi.
Not only in Bihar, All BJP state units should follow the model shown by Bihar BJP unit and protest the UPA move to appease Minorities, by debunking the constitutional rights accorded to Hindus.
