New Delhi,March 31 (ANI):Addressing members during a conference on the Minority Commission in New Delhi on Wednesday Home Minister P Chidambaram announced that a law to deal with communal violence,with due amendments,would be passed by the end of year 2010.
This decision comes in the wake of the recent incidents of communal riots in Bareilly and Hyderabad that led to unnecessary loss of life.
Meanwhile,the Home Minister also said that reservation was the most effective tool in protecting the rights of the minority community.
