: Succumbing to Jihadi’s is nothing new to Kerala
Police, and it seems CBI is also following their path.

One of the high profile case in which a
fishing boat which got blasted while transporting powerful explosives, was
transferred to CBI by Kerala High court after various appeals from Hindu
organisations.

The boat was owned by a terrorist who is accused
in Maradu massacre, When there was clear indications on how the boat got
blasted Kerala police tried to cover up the evidences. Blast  happened  in  2005 september  in Beypore  near to Maradu,  where  8 Hindus were brutally killed  by Jihadi gang

The boat which was supposed to be in safe
custody of CBI during the investigation period was set ablaze again by Jihadi’s
and destroyed all evidences which will come up against them.

The Police or CBI couldn’t even trace who
were behind the second burning of boat and now after three years, CBI now
sought the permission of Chief Judicial Magistrate to close the case. The CBI
stated that even though the blast was a planned one, the investigation team
could not trace the accused.

Whether it was Blast in Kozhikode Busstand or KSRTC Bus burning in Aluva or Gelatin stich recovery from Kozhikode , Investigative agencies is playing hide and seek and not ready to take any definite action against perpetrators
