Why not change Congress offices to nearby Bishop houses?

Kochi: Congress party here succumbed to Christian might and the Senior Congress leader Venugopal’s dream to become Kochi Mayor was shattered after direct intervention of Church.

Venugopal who had the backing of Ramesh Chennithala was pushed aside by Tony Chammani the church candidate backed by Umman Chandi. In the secret ballot held to elect the mayor within the Councillors- Christian councillors voted enmasse to Tony to secure the interest of Church in the area. “I don’t want to continue as a councillor any longer. I will inform the decision to the party leadership,” said a dejected Venugopal after the voting.

Thanks to effective intervention of Church , Now Kochi’s MP, MLA and Mayor posts belong to those who have committed their faith to Church.  Eldhose Kunnappally was elected earlier as District Panchayath president earlier. If the decisions are taken in Bishop houses, why the Congress need DCC and AICC offices across the state?

Fate of  Hindus in Kerala is to perish between sea and devil, The two devil fronts LDF and UDF. If the current trend continues only difference with respect to Hindus is that after upcoming assembly elections, The Hindu bashing baton will be transferred from the hands of Hindu name bearing Vijayans and Balakrishnans to the hands of Umman Chandis and Kunhallikuttys
