Why government not ready to take over Churches in dispute & mosques which foster terrorism – Sasikala Teacher

via HK published on May 28, 2015

Thiruvananthapuram: Hindu Aikya Vedi state leader KP Sasikala Teacher has lashed out at the state government of Kerala for its designs of stealth, eyeing the sacred wealth of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Reasserting that any such moves initiated by state government will meet with nothing less than a humiliating defeat, the firebrand Sasikala Teacher reiterated that it is the believers and the devotees who should be in charge of temple administration.

Speaking at the inauguration of the launch of of Nama Japa Yajna jointly organized by Hindu Aikya Vedi Jilla Samiti & Mahila Aikya Vedi and the staging of Secretariat Dharna, Sasikala Teacher exposed the fraudulent stand taken by Devaswom Boards for their anti- Hindu stand.

“No efforts are now being spared to humiliate the royal family that has always served the divine lord, in all humility. The plan is to introduce Guruvayur model of administration in Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple as well. However this will never materialize, as those convicted in criminal cases and those backed by political might are the ones who have infiltrated the administrative board of Sree Guruvayur Temple. Plan is to bring this temple too, under political sway. Let it not be forgotten that Hindus are not the only community who have places of worship. So under such circumstances, why is the government harping on taking over of Hindu temples alone?” she said.

Exposing the deep rooted allegations of corruption in Thrikkunnathu seminary, Sasikala Teacher sought to know why the state government has shown the least of inclinations in taking over the same.

“Same is the case with the mosque in Marad, here a huge cache of arms were seized. But how come the government is not mulling over taking over these?
