When High court slams Home Ministry, Home Minister is sharing dais with a Terrorist

Thiruvananthapuram: When the High court today came out heavily against Home Ministry’s callousness in working in accordance with the dictates of the Constitution, Home Minster was unabashedly sharing the dais with a Terrorist who is facing several criminal charges in the state.


 


The Kerala High Court on Thursday came out heavily against the functioning of the State police on various issues.Justice R Basanth said that the State police was not effective in working in accordance with the dictates of the Constitution. The High Court has recently in a landmark observation ruled that the State was under the rule of the underworld when in several cases the police was not able to arrest the actual culprits including the infamous hawala cases where people were being killed in the open in broad daylight from areas like Malappuram, Palakkad and Thrissur.


 


In Majority of the cases against Terrorist Madni, the cases were filed by by Kerala Police itself for flaring up communal riots in the state. In poonthura Riot case Court observed that it was the venomous speeches of Madni, which incited the communal riot there.And now the Minister who heads the whole Police Department is embracing that deadly terrorist challenging the peace loving people in Kerala.
