‘Violence with Home Minister’s consent’
KASARGOD: BJP state vice-president Madikkai
Kammaran said here on Tuesday that the series of murders and violence
in Thalassery were committed by the CPM with the full knowledge and
consent of the Home Ministry.
Inaugurating a dharna before the
Collectorate in protest against the violence in Thalassery, he said the
Home Minister convened a peace conference only after seven persons lost
their lives and several people sustained grievous injuries.
He
said the peace meet was delayed with a view to allow more time for his
partymen to commit violence. He said all peace-loving people should
protest against the violence and help restore peace in Thalassery and
adjoining places.
