Valsan Thillenkeri ends fast

Kozhikode : “The fight against the undemocratic rule of communists will continue. We accept this as a challenge and we will succeed on that,” RSS Vibhag Prachar Prakukh Valsan Thillankari said today at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital after breaking his 8-day-old fast. He has accepted juice from the hands of Bharateeya Vichara Kendram Director P. Parameswaran.


 


Thillankeri, the most influential activist of Hindutva activities in North Kerala has decided to break his 8 day-old fast as requested by senior Sangh leaders and well wishers. Earlier Bharateeya Vichara Kendram Director P. Parameswarn visited Kozikode Medical College Hospital and had long discussion with Valsan Thillankeri. 


 


Thillankeri had undertaken the indefinite hunger-strike for arresting him on false charges as directed by the CPM leader and Kerala Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishan.


 


Meanwhile, RSS will move a bail application before the High Court tomorrow and has also decided to intensify their agitation on democratic way in the coming days.
