Unsolved mystery!

via HK correspondent published on January 20, 2006

Kerala seems to be reinventing itself in a novel way by being in cahoots with strange bedfellows. Private parks such as  Technopolis promoted by Muthoot Pappachan group have been gobbling up prime lots in and around Cochin to offer “intelligent IT space”. The state government which has a 9 percent stake has given away too much  and has left the barn door wide open for dubious businessmen to amass quick profit all under the guise of making Kerala an attractive high-tech destination. By the way, the Muthoot Pappachan group do have the public’s best interest in mind (shall we assume Pappachan and Kerala’s CM Chandy are not exactly strangers to each other?).

Need further affirmation? Chandy has announced to the Kerala public with such an air of confidence today that there is no dearth of funds for development in Kerala; that far too many have lined up for investment!

Sure, even Dr. Watson can guess who they are without the help of Mr. Holmes!
