‘Thatwamasi’ crew replaces cheap gimmicks with ‘Manavaseva’

Thiruvananthapuram: ‘Thatwamasi’ movie directed by Swami Viswa Chaitanya about Lord Ayyappa and the importance of Sabarimala Pilgrimage, had taken up a novel approach for it’s publicity. Instead of spending lakhs of rupees on bill boards and other cheap gimmicks for promotion, Thatwamasi crew will supply 5 kg rice to poor families in the villages of Kerala.

K J Yesudas had sung ’Harivarasanam’ the famous lullaby for Lord Ayyappa once again in this movie. K J Yesudas expressed his immense pleasure for the opportunity he got once again after 30 years to sing ‘Harivarasanam’

Vineeth and Lakshmi Gopala Swami is doing the lead role. Salil Kumar, Atlas jewellery owner Ramachandran, Director Rajasenan, Musician Ramesh Narayanan are the other few who acted in the movie.

Under the banner of Femsik films, Pradeesh and Rahul are the producers. Pooja of the film was performed at Sabarimala. Sarjulan has penned the screen play. The cinematographer is Vipin Das. Film is ready for release by Ullattil Visual Media.

Bharatheeya Vicharakendram Director Parameswarji and Gosala Vishnu Vasudevan Nampoothiri were specially invited to take part in the inaugural ceremony of giving rice to poor families.
