KOCHI: The Kerala High Court today granted conditional bail to 28 terrorists accused in the Marad carnage of eight innocent Hindus.

The bail has been granted under strict conditions and the order will come into effect from February 1. The first condition is that they can only travel to the court and back home. An amount of Rs 200,000 or three personal sureties should be produced. The personal surety should be a close relative of the accused.

The Bail has been granted to deadly Terrorists as part of clever ploy plotted between the NDF terrorists and Kerala Government. To hoodwink the public the Government opposed the bail , saying that it will affect the communal harmony prevalent state, But was not ready to submit the reports to back up their claim.

A well rehearsed gameplan with the knowledge of Communist leadership to release the Maradu Terrorists is underway. The Signature campaign of NDF terrorists, The arrest of CPM men who killed an NDF Terrorist, The opposition of bail in Public by the Government, Yesterdays Highcourt protest march by NDF terrorists are all part of this gameplan.
