Temples are not party offices-NSS
Changanasserry: NSS lashed out at the Anti Hindu stance of Devaswom Minister Sudhagaran and his party.
In the editorial of ‘Service’ NSS magazine, expressed anguish over Devaswom minister Sudhakaran’s attempt to convert Temples in to party offices and deities into third rate red tinted comrades.
“non-beleievers who claim to speak on behalf of non-Hindus for temple entry, are playing a dirty political gimmick to take over the temples, and convert them to party offices and prolific tourist spots in the future.The motive behind arguing for temple entry by those who consider rituals and idol worship as absurd is something beyond common-man’s understanding”.

Also question the need for ‘Thanka anki’, ‘Srikovil’, ‘deity’ and even the need for a thanthri in a temple!
Service editorial reminds that there are certain rules and rituals
to be followed in maintaining the physical & mental purity of the temples, which should be upheld by every believer.
