Telemedicine facility for pilgrims at Amrita hospital at Pampa

The Amrita Hospital at Pampa has introduced tele-medicine facility for the Sabarimala Pilgrims. The hospital set up by the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences(AIMS) provides medical assistance to about 300 pilgrims a day.


The hospital with a staff strength of 40 now has all the modern facilities including a 4-bed ICCU. Besides, an ICCU ambulance fitted with all emergency equipment is stationed at Pampa.
