Kasargod: State Yuva Morcha
president K Surendran asked Pinarayi to step down from his position if there
was any trace of political morality remaining in him.

Speaking to newsmen in
Kasaragod, Surendran asked Pinarayi to reveal the details of his assets. There
had been reports earlier that the wealth Pinarayi had amassed through
unauthorised means was invested in Singapore in the name of his wife
Kamala, Surendran said.

The Yuva Morcha leader said that the Enforcement Directorate had avoided action
against Pinarayi during the period when the Left had been supporting the UPA
Government, he said, adding there was mystery behind this. He also said that
Home Minister Kodiyeri had committed serious breach of the oath of office with
his statement justifying Pinarayi.

Surendran ridiculed the
silence of DYFI – who thrashed and tied a panchayath thahsildar on a tree in
Waynad for taking 350 rupees bribe. And now the very same leaders are running from pole to pole to protect the leader who ammassed crores of Rupees!

A Special advocate named Anand , was hired by
Kerala Government to appear in this case to protect Pinarai Vijayan received hefty fee  from State Treasury. Surendran
demanded the immediate reimbursement of that money back to treasury. Tax payers
have no responsibility to protect any tainted or corrupt leaders, Tax money
should not be misused for such malpractices.

State BJP president PK
Krishnadas said in Kannur on Thursday that the CPI(M) Polit Bureau
should remove Pinaryi from the position of the party’s State secretary.
“If the Polit Bureau is not ready to remove Pinarayi the people would
think the CPI(M) body also has received part of the bribe money in the
deal,” he said, adding the Marxist party should apologise to the people
of Kerala.
