Sufiya Madhani will be quizzed

MALAPPURAM: A decision has been taken to re-investigate the incident in connection with the torching of a Tamil Nadu transport corporation’s bus in Kalamassery, in the wake of terror links.
As part of the re-investigation, the police will question Sufiya Madhani, wife of PDP chairman Abdul Nazar Madhani. The bus was torched in 2005 demanding the release of Madhani, who was undergoing imprisonment in the Coimbatore serial blasts case.
Nine persons including Abdul Rahim of Parappanagadi, recently killed in an encounter in Kashmir, was involved in the torching case.
