KERALA Kshethra Samrakshana Samithi has protested against the decision to give Rs 85 lakh for cleaning activities in Guruvayur town from Guruvayur Devaswom fund.
The district committee meeting of the samithi said that the cleaning was the responsibility of the municipality and so the devaswom fund cannot be spent for it.
Samithi leaders added that they would approach the high court and start protests with the cooperation of other Hindu organisations.
