SNDP to set up 100 hotels in Kerala

KANNUR:The Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana (SNDP) Yogam was planning to open chain of 100 hotels in Kerala to help generate 3,000 jobs among members of Ezhava/Theeya communities, Yogam General Secretary Vellappalli Nateshan said.


Each hotel, that would be set up on the lines of the +Indian Coffee House+, the first of its kind run under the cooperative sector in the state, would employ 30 members and could provide employment to the tune of 3,000 members from the community, he said inaugurating the Kannur-Kasaragod District delegates meeting here.


The SNDP was also planning to initiate group farming in vacant sites of schools and colleges run by the organisation, which he claimed, would revolutionise agriculture in Kerala.
