Shri T G Mohandas – A role model who challenged the Jihadi love of Kerala Government in court

via HK published on October 28, 2010
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

While CPM was paying their price for blind Muslim appeasement yesterday in the form of electoral results, There is a report which went unnoticed by our media. Kerala High Court issued notice to the Communist government challenging the decision of the government to donate Rs.5 crore for flood relief in Pakistan.

The person behind this Petition is Shri T G Mohandas, a Nationalist Indian from Kochi. According to the petition – kerala Government couldn’t provide any sufficient flood relief to victims in Kerala but they were more concerned about the well being of terrorists who continuously wage war and sponsor Jihad within our Nation. More over this decision is an encroachment on the powers of Union government and it violates the Disaster Management Act. This is yet another instance of misuse of taxpayer’s money. The decision was taken just a day before the code of conduct for the local body elections came into force. The decision was meant to influence the jihadi voters in the State.

CPM failed to understand that Jihadi’s among Muslims have no love towards Communism nor can be fooled easily. When they have Lashkar E Taiba’s counterpart here and they field candidates under the banner of organisations like SDPI – Why should they vote for Marxists?
HK would like to convey wishes in behalf of Hindus to Shri TG Mohandas for showing the way forward and letting others know that such unpatriotic acts will no more go unchallenged.

    Stop acting for political mileage
Congratulations to Mohandas. Somebody should have the courage to say that ‘The King’ is naked.

The Government of Kerala owes several clarifications to the public in the issue.

Did they ensure that the funds would be spent for providing aid to flood victims and not to terrorists, especially when there are reports that even US aid to Pakistan ended up in the hands of terrorists.

Will they be able to monitor the use of funds by Pakistan authorities?

Is the Government of Kerala empowered to provide aid to Pakistan on its own which has been charged by Government of India of aiding terrorist organisations which are trying to destabilise India’s integrity? especially when Government of Kerala cannot ensure the proper utilisation of funds?

While several catastrophes occured in neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Burma Kerala Government did not declare aid. Why all on a sudden this magnanimity for Pakistan which is the centre of terrorism against the world and India in particular?

Are the state governments in India empowered to deal with foreign governments without the concurrence of Government of India?

Has the Government of Kerala fulfilled its commitment to the victims of natural calamiites in the state?

Declarations of magnanimity for political mileage should not be allowed and proper investigations should be done to find out the motive of the promise of Kerala Government to Pakistan. 5

    Very Good & courageous act
I congratulate Mr Mohandas for this act. Also I congratulate HK for publishing it. This news I read in Indian express yesterday but there was no mention about the petetioners name. There are similar issues which has to be challenged in courts. One example is that about 2-3 months back the Pope appointed one Kochiet as High commissioner in some foreign country as Vathicans person. If Pope want to appoint a High commissioner for Vathican, he should choose from Vathican & not from other countries like India. How an Indian citizen can work in a foreign country as High commission of Vathican is the question I have. Can I work as a high commission for Pakisthan in America??? 5

    Good move…
It is indeed a good move by Mohandas to challenge this stupid decision of the commie government. When we all just sat quiet after reading about this, one brave man decided to act. Salutes to Shri. Mohandas.

It is a clear cut move by the communists to appease the Muslim minority by donating funds to Pakistan. And this is tax payers money. Honestly I dont know how many DYFI/CITU/SFI hooligans pay any thing as tax to the government, even though they are experts in destroying public property.

If communists are hell bent on sending money to Pakistan they can sell their own property, generate the money and send it off. There are so many upper caste communists (especially folks like Namboodiris) sitting on landed property and huge bungalows. How about selling them off, and paying the money to the Pakistanis? I am sure Kerala Muslims would take care of them decently after that. 5

    Worst then beggars.
The central govt of India shamelessly prostrated before Pakistan to accept the aid package, which they refused first. In such a scenario I do not know how kerala got it through.Must be thro’some jihadis in the mIddle east. After all it is the publicity that matters.
This is a clear admission by the secularists that the Muslims of India still have their hearts in Porkistan. All those who mingle with this community know this fact but it is our so called sickular elite and intellectual community who paint them with secular brush sitting inside their drawing rooms.Yet the brain dead Hindus of Kerala wont think beyond their low IQ level and will want to be ruled by these idiots. The bleeding heart liberals who are fighting for the cause of the so called displaced Malayalee pakistanis who are living in Kerala on extended visa stand exposed now. These so called displaced morons went to pakistan during partition on their own free will and love for Porkistan islam.83% of the indian muslims voted for the creation of porkistan and less than 50% went over to the land of pure. The remaining traitors are very much amongst us. 5

Congratulations. He has filed the petition for justice is good. If appeal by the oposition is made and if we have to support him in case it is required, not only in this case may be many more. Why HK should not appeal to the readers and participants to donate to have a fund in such matters. 5

Let the good sheperds enligthen their folk in this regard. Why the powerful church is keeping silence over the plight of Kashmiri pandits? What is their opinion about “freedom to convert” in Pakisthan,Bangladesh ,Malasia etc? Are they better treatment in Pakisthan than Orissa and Gujrath? 5

I congratulate Shri.Mohandas on his bold initiative. The Pakistan Government snubbed Manmohan Singh’s gesture by refusing it and later told the Indian government to route it through international agencies. The Kerala government is now behaving shamelessly and misusing tax payer’s money. Is there no poverty in Kerala ? All Keralites have to get themselves impleaded as co-petitioners in this case and make it a landmark in world history to protest misuse of taxpayers money. 5
