Sexual Abuse of Handicapped student – Madrasa Teacher under arrest

Charumoodu: Police arrested Madrasa teacher Pakistanmukku Kallaravilayil Hakkim (45) in connection with sexually abusing a minor handicapped girl.The victim was his student in Madrasa.Noorunadu SI Fayas arrested this Fayas based on the complaint filed by the victims father.
