Senior BJP leader A.K. Sankara Menon passed away

KOZHIKODE : Freedom fighter , Senior BJP leader and State Commitee member A.K. Sankara Menon passed away in hi sresidence at Panthalayani, Koyilandi.. He was 78.  




 

One of the founder members of Jan Sangh in Kerala, He was instrumental in the growth of BJP in Malabar. He was also member of BJP National council and president of BJP Kozhikode unit. He was also the state president of Goa Freedom Fighters Association.


 


 

Wife:Janaki Teacher.SharathLal, Kerala Kaumudi Delhi Correspondent is his son. Daughters: J.S.Leena and J.S.Lekha.
