Second marriage in Muslim community conditional, says court

MALAPPURAM: The First Class Magistrate Court in Ponnani today observed that the practice of second marriage in the Muslim Community should be conditional. Considering the plea filed by a woman from Veliyamcodu, the court ordered that it has the right to examine the conditions for second marriage.
