Scholarships, Welfare Fund and Pension Schemes – All for Kerala’s ‘POOR’ Muslims

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Government Wednesday announced special scholarships for Muslim girls to pursue graduate and post graduate courses.

The appeasement is not going to stop there; Government who laments about lack of fund for State’s developmental activities is going to launch Welfare Funds and Special Pension package for Madrassa teachers for their incredible role in moulding responsible Muslim students every year!

Fund for allotting 5000 Scholarships for Muslim girls have been ear marked this year. They will receive 5000 Rupees per head every year. Muslim students will also receive special stipends for staying in hostel. Government will also start Pre Examination coaching centres for Muslims.
