Sabrimala Tantri passed away

Sabarimala Tantri Sri Kandararu Neela Kandararu, 84, passed away today morning at Chengannur. For the past two weeks, he was undergoing treatment for liver disorder at Chenganoor Century Hospital.
Tantri Neela kandaru was the chief Tantri and due to old age ailments his relative Mohan Kandararu was in charge in his absence at Sannidhanam. He hailed from the famous Tazhmon Madam in Chengannur.
Following the news of his demise, Sabarimala Nada was closed for conducting some rituals and reopened later after performing Pancha Punyaham.
