Sabarimala shrine to open on Feb 12

Thiruvananthapuram: The Sabarimala temple will be opened for five days from February 12 for the poojas of the Malayalam month of Kumbham. Besides the normal poojas, the padi pooja at the holy eighteen steps, Udayasthamaya pooja and Neyyabhishekam would be performed on all the five days, a Travancore Devaswom Board release said here on Tuesday. The hill shrine will be closed on Feburary 17 evening.
