Rituals in Guruvayoor Temple should be revised as per the time – Kummanam

ARANMULA : Hindu Aikiya Vedi state General Secretary Sri Kummanam Rajasekharan called for the timely revision of rituals in Guruvayoor Templs. He was referring to the controversy surrounding the punyaham and sudhikarmam after the first rice feeding (choroonu) of Union Minister Vayalar Ravi’s grand child. These sorts of controversies are unfortunate. It will jeopardize the divinity and fame of a temple like Guruvayoor. Dewaswom Commissioner and veteran acharyas should take initiative for consensus in this regard.
